SHIPPING AND RETURNS

An intact seal is a condition for the validity of the warranty. 

If you do not meet the above condition, the returned equipment will be sent back at your expense.

In case of unjustified complaints or equipment damage caused by the user, all expenses will be covered by the customer .

The seller will provide the buyer with a definitive answer concerning the positive or negative outcome of a complaint within 14 working days from the date of receiving a complaint from the buyer. If the seller accepts the complaint, the buyer will be offered with suggested methods for the fulfilment of the claim (e.g. returning methods, purchase of other goods etc.). If the seller rejects the claim, the buyer will be provided with the reason for the refusal. 

In the case of unjustified complaints, particularly in the case of the absence of a defect or nonconformity of goods with the contract or in case of damage or deterioration of the goods due to reasons which are beyond the Seller’s responsibility, including reasons relating to the customer or the ways he used the product. The customer may be charged for the product testing, caused by his/her request. The item will be sent back to the customer at his expense, and in the case of a refusal of its acceptance by the customer, it will be stored for no longer than 30 days, and will then destroyed under supervision.

Guarantee, warrant, and the right of withdrawal do not apply if the goods have been mechanically damaged due to improper use.

Each product purchased by the CONSUMER in our store via mail order can be returned within 10 days of purchase for any reason. We will accept the return only if the product shows no signs of use, and was not copied or damaged in any way. This also applies to the original container. The product which is returned must have all its composing parts. The returned product should be securely packed and sent to the address of our company at your expense. Parcels sent at our expense will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender! Legal basis : Art. 7 paragraph 1 of the Act of March 2, 2000. (Journal of Laws of 31 March 2000 taking into consideration consumer understanding by art. 22 of the Civil Code). We guarantee to return the value of the product. Costs of shipment will not be returned. Money will be paid back via bank transfer to your bank account within 14 working days from the day of the admission of the claim. At the same time, we inform you that we do not accept any packages returned to us using the cash upon delivery payment method. The customer is responsible for covering the expenses for the dispatchment as well as ensuring that the product is delivered to our company in a pristine condition.

Complaints concerning mechanical damage incurred during transport will be considered only when the parcel was received in the presence of the delivery employee. Writing complaint form with the provider is a condition for accepting this type of complaint. After payment, the customer has the right to check the contents of the parcel in the presence of the delivery employee.
